You choose which files, images, documents, screenshots, text, or other content to upload or import into Evoka. Selected content may be uploaded and processed by Evoka and/or its AI service providers to provide the features you request.

Processing may be used to extract dates, amounts, document type, biller names, bill/payment amounts, due dates, reminder suggestions, and other useful Life Vault details.

In the current version, Evoka does not pay bills, process bill payments, verify payment completion, access your bank account, scan your email inbox, or connect to BBPS/Bharat Connect or other live biller networks.

Evoka may use Google Gemini / Google AI as the primary AI-assisted extraction provider. Evoka may use OpenAI as a fallback AI-assisted extraction provider when the primary provider is unavailable or fails with a retryable error.

These providers may process selected user-submitted files, images, documents, screenshots, or text only when you choose to use AI-assisted extraction. Selected content is processed for the purpose of providing the extraction result.

Evoka uses AI to help extract, organize, summarize, classify, and suggest information. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation.

You should carefully verify extracted dates, amounts, names, expiry dates, biller names, bill/payment amounts, due dates, account references, document categories, document details, reminder suggestions, and other important information before saving, sharing, acting on, or relying on them.

AI suggestions are informational and assistive. You remain responsible for decisions, deadlines, uploads, sharing choices, and actions taken based on Evoka output.

Evoka does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, payment, or other professional advice. For decisions that affect your rights, money, bills, payments, health, obligations, or safety, consult a qualified professional or verify directly with the relevant provider.

Evoka does not guarantee that reminders will prevent missed deadlines. Reminders may depend on device settings, notification permissions, internet access, operating system behavior, battery settings, app store services, and third-party infrastructure.

If AI-generated or AI-extracted details are shared with family members or other recipients, you should verify the information before and after sharing. You are responsible for deciding what to share.

Avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data. Because Evoka can store documents and personal details, you should upload only what is useful for your own life admin needs.
