Evoka Terms of Use

Effective date: 1 January 2026.

By accessing or using Evoka, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Evoka.

Evoka is an AI-powered productivity, reminder, and Life Vault assistant operated by Model Genie AI Pvt Ltd. It helps users save life admin information, extract useful details, set reminders, and share selected vault items with family members.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law to use Evoka. Evoka is not intended for children under 13, and a higher minimum age may apply where required by local law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for maintaining accurate account information, and for activity under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of documents, notes, files, messages, reminders, and other content you upload or create in Evoka. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to store, process, and share that content.

You grant Model Genie AI Pvt Ltd a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, analyze, and otherwise use your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Evoka and features you request, including AI extraction, reminders, and family sharing.

AI features are assistive and informational. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. You must verify extracted dates, amounts, names, expiry dates, document categories, reminder suggestions, and other important information before saving, sharing, acting on, or relying on them.

Reminders and notifications are not guaranteed. Delivery may depend on device settings, operating system permissions, internet access, push delivery, battery settings, app store services, and third-party systems. AI extraction, reminder generation, notification delivery, and date detection may not always be accurate, complete, timely, or available. You should not rely on Evoka as your only method for critical deadlines.

Evoka may help you create bill and payment reminders manually or from uploaded bills, PDFs, screenshots, images, receipts, statements, or similar documents. Evoka may show extracted or user-entered details such as biller name, amount, currency, due date, bill category, account reference, and paid/unpaid status.

Evoka does not pay bills, process bill payments, verify that a payment has been completed, access your bank account, scan your email inbox, or connect to BBPS/Bharat Connect or other live biller networks in the current version.

You are responsible for checking all bill/payment details against the original bill or provider record and for paying bills on time through the relevant provider, bank, app, or payment method. AI extraction and reminders may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

If you share vault items with family members or other people, you are responsible for choosing what to share, checking the recipient, and managing permissions. Shared recipients may see the selected information according to the access you grant.

Evoka may offer paid auto-renewable subscriptions, such as Evoka Pro and Evoka Plus. Subscriptions may be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, where available.

Prices, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, and other purchase details are shown by the applicable app store before purchase. Where applicable, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Evoka does not directly process or store card or payment method details for in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may be used to help manage subscription status and entitlements.

For iOS users, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless a custom end user license agreement is provided.

• Do not use Evoka for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe activity.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, unauthorized, or unsafe content.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights or permission to store, process, or share.
• Do not attempt to access another person's account or data without permission.
• Do not bypass, disable, overload, probe, or interfere with Evoka security or infrastructure.
• Do not reverse engineer Evoka except where applicable law prevents this restriction.
• Do not upload malware, harmful code, or content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Evoka does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, insurance, payment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing reminders, AI-extracted details, bill/payment details, dates, stored information, and decisions or actions based on Evoka output. Consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or change parts of Evoka from time to time. We aim to keep Evoka reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

You may stop using Evoka or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent misuse, investigate security issues, or enforce these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Model Genie AI Pvt Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or missed deadlines arising from your use of Evoka.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your misuse of Evoka, violation of these terms, or content you upload or share without appropriate rights.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Evoka after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless counsel later changes this position or mandatory local law requires otherwise.
