How to delete account in app
You can delete your Evoka account from inside the app by going to:
Profile → Account → Delete Account
Email deletion request
You can also request deletion by emailing support@modelgenieai.com. Please send the request from your registered email address when possible.
What is deleted
- Your Evoka account profile and app settings.
- Vault items, uploaded files, notes, extracted details, and reminders associated with your account.
- Family sharing links and access permissions associated with your account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, dispute resolution, or payment record purposes. Retained records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Approximate processing time
Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after we receive and verify the request. Some records in backups or provider systems may take longer to expire through normal retention cycles.
Identity verification note
To protect your account, we may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.
